A limey car is a British built car.  When the Brits ruled the seas back in the 1800's,  they took tons of limes with them to stave off scurvy by being at sea for months on end, so they got the title of limey's from eating all those limes.   ;D

Nope, not a clue.  Some kind of cheap race car I imagine.  Why would a foreign race car put a 351 C in it?

Yeah, you guys are right.  It's an Italian built Pantera with a ZF Transaxle.  We imported several thousand of those back in the 70's, but they were such cheaply built cars that  they were not reliable, that we quit importing them.   The 71's had the 10:1 ratio engine, but starting with the '72;1 they only had the 8.5:1 ratio Cleveland engines.  They were dogs.......Elvis Presley shot his Pantera when it wouldn't start.   ;D

I'd take one in a new york second. They have a whole lot of potential. There's a Pantera crowd now that does not let them go. They are highly sought after. I've seen some at the mustang shows that were absolutely beautiful. Today at the Mustang show in park city there was a Bricklen. They came with 351w's. built in 75 the one I saw today was. Bet it was really a dog. Nice car though. No Panteras the last couple of years.
