'66 Exhaust
« on: September 01, 2009, 07:58:08 AM »
I finished the rear suspension. For what it is worth, this is a very straightforward project that anyone can do.

Next I am going to take it to a shop to get the new exhaust put in.I hav bought all the parts, and am just going to pay a shop to take out the old and put in the new.I thought about doing this myself, but want to make absolutely sure there are no exhaust leaks.

How much do you think would be reasonable to charge for that? I am having tri y's and dual exhaust put in.

I would think 100-150.00 would be fair. I had a new Magna-Flow stainless dual exhaust system installed this summer on my 67' for $400.00. That included removal of the original single exhaust system and installation of the new dual system 2.25".
