paint job on my 01 rag top

Hey guys i need some input here. im getting ready to repaint my 01 stang. im going to paint the car niggro black ( yes that is a true color and im not trying to offend anyone if it does im sorry).

Now they graphs. i was thinking of having a horse head painted on the sides coming from the back of the car to front doors the nose being on the door. or do i do white racing strips. also im going to have the windows tinted do i do mirror tint or 5% all around. Yes 5% is illegal in the state in of KY but if you get pulled over and have your windows down by the time the cops get to your car they dont say anything unless there real pricks then they will hand u a razor blade and make you strip it right there. give me some ideas guys cause i what my stang to stand out.

The racing stripes will look much better than horses on your car and the black is also my favorite color for Mustangs.
I think the windows tinted black would look great with a black paint but as you say it's illegal so it's up to you if you want a cool ride or get in trouble with the cops  :-)
Black rims would also look very mean.
This is my opinion and I hope more people will share what they think.

you made up my mind with the pic u posted.thats sharp man i love the cowl hood you have on that stang and the black rims really stand out.
