my driver side door sags and it is becoming an annoyance who do i correct this do i need new hinges?

i think you just need the plastic bushiings in the hindge, they are like twenty bucks.

I wouldn't fool around replacing the bushings. I'd replace the entire hinge, both the bottom and the top ones. Most likely the bushings wore out a long time ago, and the hinge has been rubbing metal to metal. Mustangs Unlimited has them for sale at $24.95 each.
