I have a 1972 mach 1 and I need a driver side door. I found one, but its on a 1972 coupe would that fit mine?

First of all, welcome to the site. To answer your question, no the Mach 1 door is designed differentky from the Coupe. Keep looking.

yea thats what I thought. I have already bought it and it does fit

yes glass etc is different, even in the later cars like 79-93 are the same the vert/ttop doors are just modified slightly(read window frame hacked off)
