but i just remembered one more two more things about my car that i would like to get fixed. One is the drivers side door. it always beeps when its open and its annoying as hell... is there a way to get that thing to never beep again? and the second is on the front of my car the headlights work fine. but the two little lights built into the bumper dont turn on. what could be the cause of this? is there a certain fuse number i should check? would the fuse be next to the engine or underneath the stearing column?

The beeping noise is to remind you that:
one, the door is open with the headlights on.
two, the door is open with the key in the ignition.
three, it keeps you from having to call AAA or equalivent to jump start your car because of a dead battery or get the locked door open because the keys are in the ignition.
Get used to it.
As for the two little lights built into the bumper, are they parking lights? They may not go on when the headlights are on. Try the headlight switch about halfway and look.

it beeps when the doors open and theres no key in the ignition... i dont think it was designed to do that....
