Topic: Newbe here...with a 1990 notchback 5.0 ...Have some questions??

i have purchased a 1990 notch 5.0 with 45,000 miles ..the car has ben sitting sence 1995 ..body is rusted,trunk,bottom of quarters,the frame rails that the rear trailing arms bolt to under the rear seat..are thier any reproduction sheet metal parts avalible?? or should i just junk body and put drive train in to another? ...any help would be great.

Rust work can be not only expensive, but frustrating and hard work as well.  You can get most of the sheet metal parts from NPD, but you will need a welder and the skills to go with it.  Whether or not you tackle the rust will be up to how you feel about your skills, and the time, room and patience to tackle it.  And remember that you are not working on a classic that will be worth more when you are finished.

 yea its just that the car has 45,000 miles and i love the car ..but what worry's me is the rust on the frame rails in the rear..were the trailing arms bolt to ..are those replacable?..also im looking for any used body parts in good shape that will fit a 1990 notchback..
