ie got a 1992 5.0 stang stock i got about 1k to dump into it right now what kinda mods/upgrades can i put on it that will help in hp and torqe

What rear gears do you currently have in it?  3.55's would be a minimum.

also what is a good upgrade kit for my t-5 id rather rebiuld it with stronger parts then just replace it

Something in your VIN you posted is not right.  Here is the VIN decoder, so decode your own VIN by using the exact numbers and letters.

Sorry, but that VIN will not work with this decoder.  Here is the message I keep getting.  Just type in Mustang decoder and find another one I guess.  You seem to have an invalid "check digit" 

"The VIN you entered has an invalid check digit. The check digit is a value encoded into the VIN in order to protect against altering VINs illegally. Since the check digit is invalid the VIN that you entered is not the correct VIN for your car."
