need some help from those with 24lbs injectors

ok so the other day i went and picked up 24 for 30 bucs about a 1yr old. anyways to get to the point. i was talking to my buddy to day and he told that the pcm is going to have to b re tuned for the 24 cuz it will have the car run bad or even break some thing. i only picked them up do to the fact that my 19 stockers are shit and leaking and cant get my code reader to do a cyclinder bal. test it starts to but ither turns the car off or the readers light just stays on and dose nothing.

is your car maf. if so then your maf has to be recalibrated for the 24lb injectors.
