I have an 87 Mustang GT.....the guy who gave it to me also gave me an upper and lower intake manifold with throttle body from an 99 mounaineer 5.0L..........wondering, will this work in my mustang, and does any one know of any body in the fingerlakes region of NY that I could go to get some help.......OH and do I need the heads from the mountaineer too?

yeah you can grab the heads for a boost in performance they will be gt40-p castings it will require a new header though link to some info about the intake you might need to go mass air instead of the stock speed density system otherwise you will have to get a tune
