Topic: k member ??

I am thinking about getting the qa1 k member but looking at it on summit looks like I need a bunch of other stuff to make it fit and work right I am building a 306 and got a 7qt oil pan and I don't think it will clear the stock k member. Will I b ok if I got the k member and used the stock control arms I do think that I will have to get ball joints for a 96-98 mustang any impute from you guys will b helpful thanks
