i have a 88 coupe lx that im doing a v8 swap from a 93 gt hatch. i swapped everything, wiring on motor, headlight wiring, dash wiring, computer, and the wiring that runs to the trunk. my problem is that my fuel pump wont come on. if you hook power to it of course it works, but i cant get power to the inertia switch. ive checked the fuel pump relay under the maf sensor and this is what i found i have constant power to one wire, but when i turn the key instead of a second wire getting power nothing changes. ive checked a friends car and his has a second wire that turns hot when the key is turned. i jumpered from the hot wire to the wire that is supposed to turn hot with the key on and nothing still happens. i am baffled and have racked my brain and no one ive talked to knows what it might be. PLEASE help me if you can. you can also contact via email at rhanna@co.laurens.sc.us
