Most likely it's fuel related.  Check your fuel filter, then your fuel pump.

I agree it sounds like fuel probs. Also check the maf.

Clean the maf and check for vacuum leaks

If it started doing this shortly after filling up the tank, I would suspect a load of gas with water in it.

If the fuel pump is working, which it sounds like it is, then you have something plugged between the tank and pump.

this has turned into a nightmare from hell..changed fuel pump ...before that removed battery cables and even tripped the interia switch..no longer have power to the fuel pump..ran a jumper to the fuel pump and pump came on..all electrical plugs are clean ..relays are both working..have been checking all fuseable links..cannot find a break...now ran a code reader..have code 95 ..for kicks changed out 2 interia switches..nothing.... did a voltage check to the pump getting about 7.5 volts? is this right? this is a great running car never had any problems until now...

I think code 95 is a secondary fuel pump circuit pcm to ground.  Try to find the power control module that comes out of the computer and trace those wires to the PCM.  If all is well, then the PCM might need replacing.  Whenever it gets this complicated, I take my 03 Mach to a mechanic.
