  I need help trying to get information regarding an 8.8 swap of my 8.8 out of my 91 5.0 lx. I

have located a 8.8 w/ 3.73gear, disc brakes 31 spline axles and traction lok out of a 1999 ford explorer and I need to know if it will bolt up to my 91 lx? if not can i use any of the guts from it to put in the 91's 8.8?

yoc can use the gears to install into your car but idk if the trac loc will work. the brakes will not because they are a big bearing setup like the full size 9inch rears
