1995 GT engine problem please help
« on: July 21, 2010, 09:20:27 AM »
I have a Mustang GT Conv That it over heated. I let it cool down to the next day and fill it with antifreez and started back up very normal. I drove it and I realized that white smoke came out off the back muffler :-[. I haven't started the car since it broke down 3 months ago. I checked for leaks on the engine and check the oil and everything is clean. any advice please. Thanks

White smoke usually indicates water in the combustion chamber.  It could be either a blown head gasket, a blown intake gasket or a cracked block.  Keep an eye on the amount of anti-freeze you have to use to confirm this, but you most likely have some work to do.
