It's not a bad idea to do both but you don't have to unless the old wires are actually broken and letting eletricity arc into the block.

I agree. Unless they are bad, you don't really need to change them. But, it is a personal choice. Some do, some don't.

yeah i took a look under the hood and they r the original wires and plugs so im gunna get new wires and plugs
