Topic: radiator fan problem 96 mustang gt

heres the story.... i bought this car and found out the radiator fan was hooked to a toggle switch... the factory wire had been clipped... i removed all that junk and hooked the factory wire back up... well when i did this the radiator fan light comes on when i first start the car and its cold... the radiator fan only comes on when it starts to lean on over to the "A-L" in NORMAL toward the hot side... the light goes out and will come back on... is this a 2 speed fan? if so is it possible my low temp sensor is bad? if so then where is it and what does it look like... it is cold out now and if it was a hot day in traffic i believe it would overheat i want to fix this thing right

you know..... i bought a 96 gt and thefan is hooked to a toggle switch too!! hahahaha  i am trying to trouble shoot it as we speak.  i have a coolant level light on and an abs light on as well. if i find anything out about it i will let you know.

no its not a 2 speed fan for i have 96 gt too
