Topic: patriot heads???

does anyone know anyone who has these heads? and if they do have they had trouble with the valve guides being shitty?  i wanna get these heads for my engine build but from looking on other forums ppl say they love em and have had 0 trouble and other ppl say they hate em cause of this and that and had to rip em back of the car and send em back. its a 50/50 chance but with the money im puttin into this motor i dont wanna take the chance.   so if anyone has any info on these heads at all please let me know asap

I don't have Patriot heads, but I did some research, and you are right.  They tend to drop valves.  If it were mine I would stick to the tried and true.   That's Air Flow Research and Edelbrock.

I have heard nothing good about them and plus they are over priced. I would suggest trying out the new trickflow heads?
