mustang gt VS cobra engine

does anyone know what the difference between the 1998 mustang gt enigine 4.6 and the 1998 cobra engine is the gives the cobra so much more hp?

Soaring:
Dual Overhead cam? 

Cobra GT:
4 valves per cylinder among other things

Blown2v:
both are not good just get a terminator lol

Soaring:
My Mach 1 has 32 valves.
