« on: March 28, 2009, 04:01:38 PM »
??? Does any one know where to get the grommets that go between the resevoir and the master brake cylinder ? Is that one of the items Ford won't let go of and have anybody sell them ?

I guess so.  All of my mags list grommets for the classics, but nothing newer.  That just may be one of those items you need to get from the Ford house parts department.

Be aware !! I ordered a new master cylinder for the GT from autopartswarehouse, well they sent it to Boston MA not to where I live in Bowling Green,Ky. I know those 2 cities sound alot alike but come on !! Have to call them tomorrow and I will probably have the Credit Card stop payment and never order from them again. DAMN !!

That may be just an honest mistake.  If they are the only ones who have that part, you may just  have to bite the bullet and order again from them.  Not telling you what to do, just an observation.  I bought a dual 67 Mustang master cylinder from Autozone a few months back and am perfectly satisfied with the performance of it.  I went from a single jelly jar MC to a dual, and absolutely love it.
