That bolt is a real PITA. Some remove the bottom nut on the motor mount, raise the engine and go from under the exhaust manifold. You'll need like two feet of extensions and a flex at the end. Go from the front of the motor. You might have to put tape around the extension to keep it from flopping over. It's all by feel. Good luck, I know it can be done, it just sucks. FWIW, some people don't put that top bolt back in.
